PRIVACY POLICY – TPVapps

We respect the privacy concerns of our users. We have created this Privacy Policy to better serve those who are concerned with how their 'Personally Identifiable Information' (PII) is being used online. PII, as described in US privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with our apps. Our privacy policy is legally structured in compliance with the new European Union (EU) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) ensuring that the data protection process is more secure and unfailing for the users from EU. USERS IN EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (EEA)
We use Google Admob to show ads. In the line with the new European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we will ask all EU users to give explicit consent in order to serve them with personalized or non-personalized ads on our apps.

IMPORTANT TERMINOLOGIES FOR USERS
Personal Data - any information related to a natural person or ‘Data Subject’ that can be used to directly or indirectly identify the person.
Data Subject – it refers to any natural person whose personal data is processed by a Data Controller.

WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU
TPVapps does not collect any sort of personal data from users. We mainly deliver Android apps and shows personalized advertisements within the app considering user based interests. Please note that we do not collect any personal information like name, e-mail, address or date of birth. We use Admob advertisements for personalized ads.

HOW AND WHY WE PROCESS ANY INFORMATION
The personal information of the users will be processed as per company’s standard procedures while keeping the privacy and secrecy of individual’s data and not disclosing or misusing it. As mentioned above, we use Admob Ads on our apps to offer relevant personalized ads.
We process this information to maintain standard such as:
Monitoring of user activity - The response of users (customers) are also processed with a purpose to monitor overall engagement of the user on this site and app, and report if something unusual happens. In most cases, spam users allocate bots to configure encrypted data from the site, to stop such activities that may harm the site of data of other users, a continuous evaluation of automatic data (such as IP Address and search history) is monitored.
Consumer Engagement – We use personalized advertisements to provide and improve user experience. We also make sure to use relevant advertisements only to avoid any inconvenience for the app user.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Please note that all our advertisements are relevant to customer’s interest and does not include any irrelevant third-party services or product’s advertisements. Furthermore, Tpvapps does not share your personal information with any unreliable third-party service or product provider. We respect the privacy of our clients and thus ensure to maintain the confidentiality of any identified information.

BEHAVIORAL REMARKETING
TPVAPPS uses remarketing services to advertise on third-party websites to you after you visited our Service. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimize and serve ads based on your past visits to our Service.

PAYMENT TERMS
We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

RETENTION PERIOD
Retention period refers to the time period for which we keep your data stored on your servers or computers. Tpvapps does not gather or store any personal information on the website, however if we ever do then we reserve the right to remove all the data of users “data subject” after a period of 5 years. Moreover, we only use information on website for general information and link building between website and our apps.

DATA BREACH
Tpvapps have not faced any data breach on our website or any of the apps ever. However we will report any unlawful data breach (if occurred) to all the relevant individuals and authorities within the prescribed time period of 72 hours (as per GDPR), only if it is obvious that personal information or data stored in an identifiable manner has been stolen or breached.

We do not include or offer third-party links on our apps except links that directs to the apps offered by us on play store.

ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION
Our third-party ad serving systems (Admob) allows user data to be utilized for advertising communication purposes displayed in the form of banners and other advertisements on our apps, possibly based on user interests. We abide by the law to protect the sensitive data and information taken from users. All the promotions and advertisements done are in compliance with EU laws. Also, users will only see targeted advertisements and promotions as per their general interests.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old and we do not collect any personal information from anyone under 13 years of age or older.

COOKIES
Website cookies are specific unique bits of PC information that numerous sites transfer to your personal/professional computer the first time when you visit any website. These cookies are saved on your computer's hard drive and website may later use this information for record purposes. For now, we do not use cookies however in future we might add cookies to track user interest and experience. Furthermore, please note that we use Google Firebase analytics on few of our apps.
